Does Novell GroupWise replace the message store for Unity?
No, the configuration of Unity is unchanged, voicemail messages are still stored in the Unity message store. Donoma Unify copies voicemail messages to GroupWise and synchronizes their status between the Unity message store and GroupWise.

Yes. You can add new users while the application is running, but the services must be re-started to begin delivery for the new users.
What is the message flow from Unity to GroupWise?
When a voice mail is created, it is turned into an e-mail message and sent to the corresponding GroupWise email account. When that message is accessed or deleted from the GroupWise account, the voicemail message in Unity is then updated with the status change.
What happens to my messages if GroupWise services are temporarily not available?
If GroupWise goes offline, (either for pre-planned maintenance or because of system issues unrelated to Donoma Unify) phone messages will still be accessible from the Telephone User Interface. (Desktop phone or SoftPhone) Once the GroupWise server is back on line, messages that came in during the time that the GroupWise service was offline will then also flow through into email in boxes.
